Requirements:
Applicants must be 21 years of age and have at least one year of verifiable driving experience. Applicants must have a valid Arkansas Class A CDL and prefer a tanker endorsement. Applicants who have worked for Tyson three times will not be considered. Minimum 6 month waiting period from previous Tyson employment. Internal candidates must not have more than 6 attendance points and not received a disciplinary warning within the past 6 months. Applicants must pass a background check before being placed in position. Applicants must have a clear satisfactory CDL record and meet all Tyson and DOT driving specifications. Must be willing to work flexible hours and complete the required electronic logbook. Must pass a DOT Drug test and Hair Follicle test, along with physical and be subject to random testing.Must be willing to lift 40 lbs. occasionally and must be willing to work in and be exposed to outside temperatures and environment. Must be able willing to sit for 8 to 10 hours a day; must be willing to grasp, grip, twist, pull, bend and stop occasionally. Must have the ability to communicate with others written and verbally. If the applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for an interview.
Bonus: Eligible for quarterly safety bonus based on hours worked, must work at least 520 hours.
Extra Training: Tanker endorsement on your driver's license
