Schedule / Hours
- Hours: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
- Workdays: Currently Monday - Saturday (6 days)
- Rover position (fills in for vacations across all shifts)
- Must be flexible with shifts, schedules, and work areas

Job Description
- Drive tractor/trailers short distances (yard/shag work)
- Transport and deliver freight safely and on time
- Follow DOT regulations and Tyson policies
- Perform spotting and pulling of trailers at docks and offsite warehouse
- Follow proper "pull light procedures"
- Ensure trailers are secured with nose stands and properly chocked
- Maintain proper product protection:
- Monitor temperatures
- Check fuel levels
- Ensure refrigeration units are running properly
- Seal finished loads and maintain seal integrity on-site
- Help maintain efficient traffic flow of outside drivers
- Keep truck yard clean and free of debris
- Complete pre-trip inspections and report defects immediately
- Maintain cleanliness of shag trucks daily
- Follow all Tyson safety, warehouse, and shag procedures

Job Requirements:
- Must have and maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Must have at least 12 months experience
- Must pass the background check
- Cannot have a DWI in the past 8 years
- Must pass the Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical examine
- Must pass both a hair follicle drug screen and a DOT urine test
