- $23.25 base pay

- 40+ hours per week
- 6-day processing plant
- Saturdays required based on production needs/schedule

- Sunday-Saturday on a rotating schedule
Job Description
- Maintain a smooth and accurate flow of trailers to the docks
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow Tyson policies and procedures
- Drive shag trucks (non-semi) in the surrounding area
- Back trailers into docks and wash dock
- Perform product protection rounds
- Load and unload trucks/trailers as required
- Operate shag tractor-trailer in confined spaces
- Spot trailers in and out of loading docks safely and timely
- Wash interior of trailers
- Monitor and conduct product protection
- Monitor trailer unit temperatures
- Perform tractor pre-checks

Job Requirements
- CDL license required
Minimum Requirements
- Must pass:
- Hair follicle drug screen
- DOT urine drug test
- Must meet CDL classification, work history, and qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL issued by the State of Indiana
- CDL must not be currently suspended
- No DUI/DWI in the past 8 years
- Must meet all DOT requirements, including:
- DOT pre-employment drug screen
- DOT physical
- Road test
