    • Additional yearly safety bonus based on safe driving and seniority

    • Variable piece rate (based on farm locations)
    • Estimated gross: $1,200+ per week (4-day week)
  • Schedule / Hours

    • Hours: 6:00 PM - Midnight
    • Typical schedule: Sunday - Wednesday (4 shifts)
    • May work Thursday or Friday depending on plant schedule

  • Job Description

    • Operate commercial vehicle hauling live birds to processing plant
    • Transport empty cages to poultry farms
    • Unbind cages for loading at farms
    • Ensure cages are reloaded, stacked, and secured
    • Bind loaded cages and transport back to plant
    • Drop trailer at live haul shed or designated area
    • Perform additional duties assigned by live haul management
    • Maintain safe work environment and follow Tyson policies

  • Job Requirements

    • Minimum age: 21
    • At least 1 year of driving experience
    • Valid Class A CDL required
    • Must pass background check
    • Clean and satisfactory CDL record (meet Tyson & DOT standards)
    • Must pass:
      • DOT drug test
      • Hair follicle drug test
      • DOT physical
    • Subject to random testing
    • Must complete required log book
    • Must be willing to work flexible hours
    • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
    • Must work in outdoor environments year-round
    • Must be able to sit 8-10 hours per day
    • Must be able to grasp, grip, twist, pull, and bend
