Job Description:
This position is responsible for hauling live birds, feed delivery and pickup, egg pickup, or delivering baby chickens while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and lifting 70lbs on a regular basis are required. Team Members who hold these positions work outdoors in extreme heat and/or cold conditions and requires driving during inclement weather. Must perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Communicate verbally and in writing. Use basic math skills to complete DOT and company records. Maintain driving log. Conduct pre and post trip inspections. Drop, hook, spot, switch, and interchange equipment. Report all accidents and incidents. Climb in and out of truck and ladders or stairs. Drive, shift gears, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and lift to 50 lbs. Comply with DOT and Tyson Fleet Safety Driver rules and regulations. Pay Range: - , General Benefits:

Job Requirements:
Must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License in the state of residence. Age 21 or older Must be a recent graduate of a CDL school, recently released from military active duty with CDL acquired from military or have less than nine (9) months or more of verifiable OTR Tractor Trailer driving experience within the last 12 months. Must be able to pass a D.O.T. Physical Examination and Drug Screening as outlined in the D.O.T Regulations. Must be able to pass a road Test Must live in defined hiring area Must be willing to park at designated parking area Must be at (12) twelve points or less on the Tyson Driver Evaluations System as pertains to Accidents, incidents and moving violations. Must not have a DUI or DWI conviction in a commercial motor vehicle. Must not have a DUI or DWI conviction in a personal vehicle in the last (8) eight years or more than (1) one in full-time. Must not have tested positive D.O.T. Drug or Alcohol test in the past (3) three years. Must meet Tyson Minimum qualification requirement on the PSP report.
