| JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for the operation of a commercial vehicle and hauling feed to contract grower farms to feed live birds while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The primary job responsibility for this position involves picking up feed from the Feed Mill and delivering feed to area farms via tractor-trailer feed truck, as well as completing all job duties as assigned by management, may have to cover at other facilities within NWA Live, (hatchery, live haul, etc.), typically your work schedule on average will be a 10-hour shift depending on the work load. Applicant selected must be physically able to repetitively climb in and out of the truck, general climbing, lifting, pushing and or pulling (as needed). This position will require the ability and willingness to perform a proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections, you will need to have legible handwriting to properly complete routine paperwork associated with the job. Must be willing and able to complete all tasks assigned by management. Possible Cross-Training to cover at other NWA Live facilities. |

| JOB REQUIREMENTS:Applicants must be 21 years of age and have at least one year of verifiable driving experience. Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL issued from the state they reside in, must pass a background check before being placed in position, must have a clear satisfactory CDL record and meet all Tyson and DOT driving specifications, be willing to work flexible hours and complete the required paperwork, logs, etc. Must pass a DOT Drug test and physical and be subject to random testing, must meet the Tyson Driver Evaluation System requirements that involves but not limited to: Points, DUI/DWI Rules and Drug and Alcohol Testing,be willing to lift, push, pull 40+ lbs., be willing to work in poultry houses and be exposed to outside temperatures and environment, be able and willing to sit and stand for 10 hours plus a day; be willing to grasp, grip, twist, pull, bend, and stoop occasionally.Will be required to complete all tasks assigned by management. Rural Road driving experience is preferred, but not required. English Language Proficiency Testing Required per FMCSR regulation 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2) Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild, or exotic fowl to be considered. Only applicants who reside in Carroll, Boone, Madison, and Newton County in Arkansas and Stone County in Missouri, within a 50-mile radius of the Bergman Feed Mill are eligible to apply. |
| BONUS:Sign-On/Retention Bonus of $5,000- $1,500 upon hire, $1,000 at 3 months, $2,500 at 6 months. Only eligible for external applicants if you haven't received a Sign-On Bonus previously. |
