CDL Rendering Floater Driver

- Base pay $26.00
- $110.00 per day when working majority night shift coverage when applicable
- Schedule / Hours
- Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (or as needed)
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
- Some nights and/or weekends as needed
- Must be flexible with hours
- This is a floater position to help cover local runs and/or on yard driver schedule as needed; schedules will be made in advance as possible but could need to fill in with very short notice.
- Job Description
- Operate a commercial tractor/trailer
- Drive to processing plants to pick up local loads for RVI Harmony
- Fill in for RVI Harmony Yard Drivers as needed
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Follow Tyson policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by manager
- Capability to learn and properly operate Samsara Logging system and it components and maintain proper logging hours as needed

- Job Requirements
- Minimum age: 21
- At least 1 year of driving experience
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Clean, satisfactory CDL record (meet Tyson & DOT standards)
- Must pass DOT drug test and physical, subject to random testing
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
- Must be able to sit 10-11 hours per day
- Must be able to grasp, grip, twist, pull, bend, and stoop occasionally
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Prefer tanker endorsement or the willingness to obtain within the first 30 days
