• CDL license required

Minimum Requirements

• Must pass:
  • Hair follicle drug screen
  • DOT urine drug test
• Must meet CDL classification, work history, and qualifications
• Must have a valid Class A CDL issued by the State of Indiana
• CDL must not be currently suspended
• No DUI/DWI in the past 8 years
• Must meet all DOT requirements, including:
  • DOT pre-employment drug screen
  • DOT physical
  • Road test
