Applicants will be considered for a Local Receiving Truck Driveropening on 1st Shift. This position is responsible for delivery of birds from Live Production to the plant safely and efficiently while complying with D.O.T. rules and regulations, Federal, State, and Local regulations while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson Policies and procedures. Standing, walking, bending, stooping, stretching, climbing in and out of trucks, pushing, pulling, and reaching are required. Will work in hot and humid, cold, and wet environments. Good communication skills and be safety conscious. Other duties as assigned.

Must have 12 months of continuous work history with a single employer. Must have a current Class A CDLand 1-year minimum driving experience. Must pass a DOT physical and must pass a road test. Abide by all federal, state, and local laws. Must meet the Tyson DriverEvaluations System requirements that involve but not limited to: Points, DUI/DWI Rules and Drug and Alcohol Testing.
This position is slated for candidates who are currently working at this facility. Priority consideration will be provided to these applicants first. If local Team Members are not selected, Team Members from other locations will then be reviewed for consideration.
