- PCRT: $32.50
- $0.25 for miles traveled
- $10.00 load, additional, for loads 16 and above
- Shift Premium: $1.00/ hour
- Attendance Incentive: $25.00/ week

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
- Pass a urine and Hair Follicle Drug Test
- Pass DOT physical
- Ability to comply with DOT rules and regulations.
- Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and related equipment.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Strong commitment to safety, animal welfare, and company operating procedures.
- Good attendance and work performance history.
